Scrapbooking designs can be any thing and every thing that you can come up with. But just because you can freely think of whatever you want to design to your album does not mean that you should. Of course, if you do not have a stable idea in your mind to follow, you will eventually end up over- or under- decorating your album. That is why, I took the opportunity to compile simple ideas for you to choose from. If you ever feel like starting down on your album but you could not come up with sensible scrapbooking designs, then you can just pick one from these.

Create a profile page. Sure, this is your scrapbook and everything in it has something to do with you, but wouldn’t you want to have at least one page that is really down-to-details about you? First, put the best photo of you on the upper right corner of your page. And the on the left and bottom portion, lay down a journaling area. You can do this by cutting out a parchment or any paper, then pasting it there. Now, write down the necessary information such as your complete name, you nickname, your favorite color, your hobbies, etc. And then start adding accents and accessories.

If you already have a profile page, then perhaps you would like to create a special page. This one should not have the same scrapbooking designs of your other pages. For example, if your entire album has a purple theme, make this one red or yellow. And then, decorate such page to have a rather odd concept. Write weird facts about you in this page, but do not include something too private. Otherwise, your darkest deepest secrets will break out for the world to pry in.

Or perhaps you would like to have a resolutions page, where you can write down all your hopes and aims for the year. Maybe you would like to make a page especially dedicated to enumerate your most favorite things in the world, and then call it your favorite page. There are so many ideas out there, but it’s really hard to think of one once you need to. For this, you might want to immediately write down any new page design idea that suddenly enters your brain.
